First of all, just so it's clear, when an applicant is accepted he is NOT a part of the gang, he still has to RP his way in however, I would like everyone in the faction to keep an eye on their roleplay, OOC attitude and post comments in the applicable topic which will be created for every applicant and deleted if he's accepted. Please do this regularly as it's impossible for me to be on 24/7 and what I've found from other factions is that outsiders/accepted applicants often suck up to the leaders/right hands and piss about whenever they're not online, so if that happens please take a screenshot and post it into the applicable topic.

When someone's application is accepted I'll created a topic like so...

Title : <Applicants IG name/forum name>

Text: <brief description of the applicant and his application>

And from then on you're free to post any comments regarding the applicants, assuming that what you're posting is valid and not blatantly offensive.
